Pelangi Petang Production

While moderating a comment in the dashboard today, I notice one new incoming link on the right side. The link came from Six Revisions. I thought it must be something related to my Wordpress theme releases but it’s not. He was writing about 25 Outstanding Wordpress Designs.

Honestly, I’m shocked but happy at the same time. I feel honored. I would have never expected my site would be featured in this kind of inspirational list. Thank you so much for the recognition!

Yeah! The theme is almost complete. I have successfully created and integrated the search form and 404 page late last night. Take a look at this screenshot.

What do you think? The character in the 404 image is Hatake Kakashi, my favorite character in Naruto anime series. I found this cute image of Kakashi reading his Come Come Paradise book. I edit a little part of it and use it here. If you wanna see the page in action, you can go to my 404 page.

I’m glad that this theme is almost complete. The XHTML and CSS is now valid but I still have some pages to work on. Later!

Updates: Support Forum Ready

Ahaha. I meant to write about this. But I forgot. Gomen, gomen. I have installed a support forum on my server and it’s now ready to assist you better.

I’m using Vanilla, an open-source forum software by Lussumo. I chose Vanilla because of its light weight, easy to manage and it has simple nice interface too. Feel free to sign up as member and we can discuss things especially on Wordpress themes development.

Tadaa! Another new design for Pelangi Petang. I posted on my Twitter that I was designing a new theme for Pelangi Petang and I’m almost done with it now. There are still a few parts which I have to take care of:

• Have not yet customize ‘Read more’ function.
• Haven’t check the CSS and XHTML yet.
• Haven’t categorize the Link Love.
• Haven’t upload my portfolio yet.
• 404 page and search form.
• And this one, of course, haven’t transferr in all my Wordpress themes yet.
• Last but not least, haven’t declare this theme as complete yet.

Don’t ask me why I change my theme again. Just enjoy the new look and bear with me until I completed this theme 100%.

Oh yes, I have some good news, at least to myself. First, I got to stay in college for the next 2 semesters. Second, I got goooood results in my last semester’s exams. And third… I won’t tell. I’ll post about this tomorrow. So see ya!
