Weary Germany Defeated Fresh Portugal

But last night, that weary Germany became a mighty Germany. 3 goals from Bastian Schweinsteiger, Miroslav Klose and Michael Ballack ensured Germany a place in the semifinals. Congratulations to Germany.
I’m not really a big fan of football but I enjoy watching it. There are some good players I know and it’s fun to watch them perform rather than just to read in the newspapers or listening from people talks.
For this EURO 2008, I don’t have any specific team to support. Usually it depends on the match. For example last night, the match between Germany and Portugal, I prefer Germany to win. Later in another match I have to think again of who I prefer to win. 
So if you ask me who should win the final and take the trophy home, I will have to wait until the two last teams be decided.

Cause I’m from Cyprus and my ethnicity is Greek i believed that Greece would be in the 8 but unfortunately they failed. Now i bet on Holland to win the trophy easily, they have what we call “Future team” with qualified players in all positions.. so I’m with Holland!
I was really hoping Romania would be this year’s surprise, but boy was I wrong! The dutch were good guys and gave use enough time to score, but it was hopeless. It was like the Romanians didn’t want to win.I bet (virtual bet of course) on Germany last night, although it was a bet against the odds.
I think Holland will win this Euro.
I hate football. But then again, I hate all sports lol. I used to love watching basketball (the NBA stuff) and big bike rally but now I just hate them all

Adrian - I watched the delay between Holland and Romania and yes, Romania was not really aggressive. Looks like there are many Holland fans around here.
